NY Teen bites RIAA back!

The RIAA clan decided to sue a New York 16-year-old boy accusing him of being a pirate and thief. So the boy in turn is counter-suing the recording industry accusing them of violating antitrust laws, conspiring to defraud the courts and making extortionate threats. Yah!

I’ve had enough of the RIAA and their BS! I won’t be buying another record from that bunch of idiots. F*&% THEM and the people who are involved with them!

Robert Santangelo and his lawyer, Jordan Glass, responded at length on Tuesday, raising 32 defenses, demanding a jury trial and filing a counterclaim against the companies for allegedly damaging the boy’s reputation, distracting him from school and costing him legal fees.

This kid needs all the help he can get.
